To continue to provide students hands-on learning opportunities, promote healthy eating habits and foster environmental stewardship, in partnership with our Positivity Project character strengths.
Every year, our students work to grow various native plants in a garden located directly behind our kindergarten classrooms. Students work with teachers during the school year, and community members volunteer to care for the garden during summer break. Our Garden Club is in need of various supplies to continue to provide our students with the invaluable experience of garden cultivation. We are hoping to receive funds for various supplies such as seeds, planting cups, potting soil, garden gloves, shovels and mulch.
Requested funding: $400.00
First, find your school. Then read about it and make a donation. It’s a great way to help young minds discover the importance of being green!
